Requests and confirmation

Submitting the website form is a care request, not a confirmed reservation. Happy Paws will review availability, pet compatibility, care needs, and any meet-and-greet requirement before confirming.

Accurate care information

You agree to provide current feeding, medication, allergy, behavior, bite history, escape risk, veterinary, and emergency information. Tell Happy Paws promptly if anything changes before or during care.

Health and safety

You authorize the emergency and veterinary actions selected on your signed care form when you or your emergency contact cannot be reached. You remain responsible for veterinary and related costs. Happy Paws may separate pets, adjust activities, or end care when reasonably necessary for safety.

Rates and timing

Rates shown when you request care are estimates until the schedule is confirmed. Boarding is priced in rolling 24-hour periods, with an additional half-day charge for up to 12 extra hours. Daycare drop-off and pickup timing is confirmed before care begins.

Payment and changes

Boarding may require a 50 percent deposit. Other services may require payment in full. Any cancellation or late pickup charge will be shared before confirmation when applicable.

Photos

Care photos may be sent privately as updates. Public posting requires the separate social media permission in the care form.
