Good to know

Where will my dog sleep?

Dogs stay inside the home. We do not use kennel runs. A crate is used only if it is part of your dog's normal routine and you request it.

Will my dog get on with the others?

We ask about behavior around other dogs and may arrange a short meet-and-greet before care. Groups are kept small.

What do I pack?

Bring food, medication in its original container, a secure leash, and any item your dog normally sleeps with.

Can you give medication?

Yes, in most cases. Add the medication name, dose, and schedule to the care form so we can confirm it before the stay.

Can you message me in Spanish or Portuguese?

Yes. Choose English, Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese in the booking form.
